Develop and effectively implement e-commerce marketing and sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
Onboarding suppliers on the company’s website
Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns online and offline.
Create and oversee the distribution and publication of content or marketing materials.
Building trust and maintaining a healthy relationship with suppliers and buyers.
Creating awareness of products and services offered by the company.
Recruiting, training , coaching and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
Study and assess market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
Attend and participate in marketing operations ,media interviews or events to increase brand awareness.
Ensuring the company meets sales targets.
Handling complains and taking feedback from clients .
Develop reports and communicate through the company’s CRM(customer relationship management) system
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business related field.
Proven work experience of above 2 years in a similar position.
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of various marketing tactics in ecommerce industry.
Strategic vision and business acumen.
Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software( eg CRM, Excel)
A result-driven individual with exemplary organizational and multitasking skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Solid computer skills and awareness of web and social media marketing and analytics
