A buyer can return the product/s if it is
- Not the right product
- Has Defects
- Vendor has a return policy
A buyer should notify us through an email email@example.com or WhatsApp number +254 785618111 within 12 hours upon receipt of the parcel or after 2 days the date of parcel dispatch. After a successful notification the following will ensue
- There will be no refund for a product/s only exchange at the expense of the vendor.
- The product returned for exchange will only be exchanged when the vendor has a similar product .If the product cannot be available within a week, the buyer will be refunded her/his money
- A product can only be exchanged with another exact product i.e. a product cannot be replaced with a different product.
